Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Customers scan your QR code and the card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which is already on their phone. Stamps update on the card automatically.
What do I need to stamp cards?
Just a phone or tablet. Log in to Luna, open the scanner and scan the customer's card. There is no till integration or extra hardware.
How do you stop people cheating?
Each scan uses a one-time code that expires after 60 seconds, so screenshots can't be reused. Cooldowns and daily limits stop the same card being stamped over and over, and every stamp is logged against the store and staff member.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit, and Starter and Pro both come with a 14-day free trial.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade to Free or cancel your subscription from your billing settings at any time.
What about my customers' data?
Customers can export or delete their data from their profile in the app at any time. Our privacy policy explains what we store and why.
